“I will never use Groupon again!”

Multiple times I have spent alot of money on Groupon for a savings I can never get because of the restrictions that prevent me from getting the benefit by the restaurant, Marmalade specifically. I've wasted alot of money for nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy Groupon it won't save you money.

Products used:
I purchased a meal from Marmalade but the restrictions by Marmalade and the expiration by Groupon prevented it's use and I wasted money hoping for a savings. This has happened multiple times and of course you can't reach customer service.

“Poor corporate managment”

For five month I have been trying to renew my membership which I have been for years. Because of a new glitch in their software I can't, and nobody follows through. Can't get it fixed, management doesn't act or follow through. Really frustrating for a long term customer and corporate doesn't care. If they did they would act on what they said they would do.

“They force premium pay but advertise free”

Went to do the free ME WE. It's not free. They gather your data for them to use, but before activating force you to purchase the premium pay site. It also uses your contacts to increase their data base probably to sell. Either way, you can't use the free site at all. They have a pop-up that will not go away until you purchase premium. Absolutely a scam!
