You send these guys email after email with no reply. Yet they are stating that during this lockdown situation they are working from home and can still be contacted via email to both sales and support emails. My first email was for a sale which I sent to them also asking if they were open for materials to be collected from them and got no response. Waited a few days and emailed support asking about the response to my email no reply to either. Another week passed emailed again and you guessed right no response again. Why inform people that you can only contact them via email at this time and not respond. This is very unprofessional and doesn't make good reading for your company. If this is their attitude I am taking my business elsewhere
