The postal carriers in my rural area constantly change from day to day. I get other peoples mail and I do not get all of my mail. I try to give over other peoples mail that I know where they reside and put back in my mail box the others i don't know. I have had to get refunds from Amazon, Walmart, and other suppliers due the product showing delivered and was not. Some people out there are not honest and retain the package rather than try to return or contact these carriers and have it delivered correctly. I suspect lack of training, push to deliver the mail quicker, or they do not give a hoot. Either way USPS stinks!

Friday, January, 11th, I was informed that my Pastor's wife has suddenly deceased. Saturday morning I placed an order with Avas Flowers for a Spray of flowers to be sent to the funeral home. Price just short of $200.00. I received confirmation and a time of 2:30 P.M. for the delivery.
The viewing was at 5:00 P.M. When I arrived at the viewing, the flowers had not arrived. At 7:00 P.M. the family departed, still no flowers. The funeral was at 1:00 P.M. the next day. No flowers! I attempted to contact Avas Flowers, but no customer service on weekends, only Monday-Friday. They processed my credit card for payment and never delivered the flowers. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. This company is a joke and a thief. Never do business with this company!

I just wanted a good pair of work boots with great arch support and plenty of cushion. I choose a Timberland made boot placed the order and looked forward to getting my new pair of work boots. 10 days later, I get an e-mail from Shoes.com saying the order was canceled because they could not get the product. My issue is this why cause me a 10 day delay before notifying me that the product is no longer available.
Customer Service Stinks! Never again!

I purchased 12 dock bumpers from this seller for my customers. The purchase included delivery to my residence. The supplier attempted to deliver in a tractor trailer and could not get any closer than a 1/4 mile from my location. The shipper wanted me to travel to it's location and unload the product myself. I refused. Upon cancellation due to no delivery, the supplier retained $257.00 from my refund to pay for returned freight.
