It's strange when Chris was unable to reach us to schedule the appraisal, we responded as quickly as possible to facilitate his request. When I called Chris now three times, he's not available. I was assured that he would return my last call in just a few minutes, but never happened.

What did happen is Mr Leon put out a denial/withdrawal of loan after 61 days. We vacated the home three days before the closing, assuming that Chris was actually doing his job, guess we were incorrect in our thinking. Seems that Mr. Leon is so self important that he is unable or unwilling to return phone calls.

If I was looking for a mortgage, he would be the last person I would turn to, and I will let everyone I come in contact with, to go with anyone else, as they will care more than Mr. Leon and his "team".

I don't recommend him or anyone on his team, hey are too uncaring to be concerned, we pay their salaries. Lest they forget.

We hired Florida Suncoast Real Estate, Bradenton, Florida to sell our home. She sent us Homesnap so we could find our next home. Since she failed to sell our home, actually lost the contract without any negotiations, we fired her on September 10,2020. We are still receiving homes though Homesnap even today. Can't be that difficult to remove a buyer, but guess she doesn't care. I certainly would never rehire her or recommend her to anyone. Florida Suncoast Real Estate will not release us from our contract, we refuse to sign a GAG order. The realtor also tried extorting almost $400.00 from us in her charges, which were later reduced.
