I recieved my bridal, bridesmaid and ladies flowers from this site on Tuesday, and was dissapointed with all but the ladies corsage's (stunning), after emailing them they told me to send them back including a note of exactly what was wrong, on Wed. I did just that, today (sat.) I have recieved them back and they are STUNNING! This company has a customer service dept. that is second to none! I would recomend them to anyone

I feel the need to update you all on my bad experience with this company. After recieving my lace gown and matching jacket, I noticed the jacket they sent was the wrong size, I have sent them 6 'e'mails about their mistake, all of them have been ignored, as my wedding is drawing nearer and the panick is setting in I phoned them from the UK, they told me that a ladder was in the middle of the floor and that as I was calling long distance to hang up and they would call back in 5 mins. I am still waiting! You also need to know that they say their dresses are designer not, in their own words 'cheap Chinese knock offs' but my gown and jacket have made in China labels on them, the dress is of a lovely quality but the jacket is rubish! It has threads hanging from it and the seams are puckered, BEWARE!

Don't be put off by the poor quality pictures on this site, I ordered 5 silk cala lillie buttonholes from them because they looked different to what I have seen on other sites, they have quite a bit of greenery on them. When they arrived I was not dissapointed they really do look special and sooo reallistic! Customer service is just brill, even although it was such a small order they kept in touch with me constantly even sending pictures for me to ok them before dispatch!

This site is ran by a lady called Diane she recomends wedding sites, as the name suggests. I left a review on her site telling her of my shocking experience with romanticgowns.com to which she publicly replyed saying that she had 500 reviews for them (none bad) and wrote about RG encouraging people not to use Chinese sites as their dresses are 'cheap designer knock off's' unlike theirs as they are the real thing, she said that she would help me out of my mess as she has done for other brides to be and asked for more details, since telling her that my dress has a 'made in China' label on it she has ignored me. Beware as I have read a LOT of negative comments about RG's on all review sites that I have visited. Trust your instincts, if you are looking for wedding sites to use just go on review sites and use the ones with good recomendations from people who have used them! I must point out that most of the negativity surrounding RG's seems to be from their oversea's customers.

Anyone wanting something special for there wedding decoration couldn't go wrong with this site, it isTracy's own business and the bunting may take a couple of months for her to make. It is bespoke you have as much input as you want, and it looks fantastic! Can't wait to put it up!

I used this site for a personalised gift for my grand daughter, it arrived in a couple of days and is so beautifull that I then ordered name bracelets for my 2 nieces and then my grandsons, I made a mistake when ordering and Karen got in touch straight away to check with me, the service is second to none! And the childrens jewlery is fantastic and such good quality, I am hooked!

I'm in the UK and ordered a lovely wedding dress, it was shipped within a day and in the UK within the week, but I was not told about extra customs charges over and above the £88 mailing fee! I am on a tight budget they really should make overseas customers aware of this as I really couldn't afford this and would have had to look elseware.
