The delivery man send my package to the wrong building so I didn't received any package. I contacted UO to receive some help since it's not my fault that he send it to the wrong building when I clearly put the number of my apartment correctly! The thing is, they said that I have to be the one who took care of this problem. To be honest, I'm very disappointed to this kind of respond. I spend $100 for nothing with the bad service. Do not expect them to take a good care of you if something happened with your packages. This is really sucks you know. Like, this is not right I'm not the one who send the package to the wrong address so why do I have to be the one who goes around and solve this problem. Another brands take a good care when the customer got any problem; send the new one, refunds their money, etc. But UO does nothing at all. Think twice before buying their product, if this is what you get when you purchase their stuff better buy from other brands with great sense of responsibility.
