I've spent thousands with this company over the years. The products usually cost a bit more, but the quality always made it worth it. I bought a robe at Christmas that came apart first wash. It was my first poor quality from them. On May 2, I ordered a complete outfit. After weeks of not receiving it I started inquiring. They keep trying to tell me it was delivered on April 6! They INSIST this is accurate and don't seem to understand why it could not have been delivered a month before the order was placed! I can't tell if they're incompetent, apathetic, or just plain stupid. I've turned it over to my financial institution and I will NEVER spend another penny with any Full Beauty brand!
