“Bad service, no customer back up”

Once Carflexi have your money, they do not care about you! The rental company charge 96 extra dollars for no reason. I wrote carflexi to fill a formal complaint, but did not hear from them almost for two weeks. Absolutely frustrating Won't recommend to anyone. Be very careful!
See the pictures… first one 673.92 from original reservation, second one 769.40 ( America car rental) two charges. Also that so called Car rental company it's a joke. They gave me a Kia Sorrento 2018 with ******* miles, dings and dents all around and an empty tank gas! Besides a dirty and smelly car.
