I ordered this costume:

In my e-mail receipt it states "Tailoring Time: 7 Business Days, Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days"
7 days after my order confirmation, I get an e-mail stating that they do not have the costume in stock and would I please consider a different costume for the same price. Obviously I said no, please refund my money. If I'd wanted the cheaper one from amazon I already would have ordered it myself.
Then they begged me not to cancel my order. I insisted and asked them again to cancel my order and refund my money.
October 5 - Placed Order
October 12 - Was told they didn't have it in stock. Checked their website and it was still listed as in stock. I asked that they cancel my order and refund me. They begged me not to and offered me a "Bait & Switch"
October 14 - after 2 more e-mails back and forth to confirm I would like it cancelled and refunded, they finally agreed to cancel the order and refund me.
October 22 - still waiting for the refund :( and they still have the original costume I ordered listed as "in stock" on their website
