I placed a pickup order at a store near me for some wallflower refills. I got the confirmation email, then the email that the order was ready for pickup all while I was at work. A few hours passed and I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called the store to see if I still needed to come pick anything up, and they said they never even received my order. I have all the confirmations so I know it was the correct address and I know my connection was sound when I placed it. They told me to place another order but the item was already out of stock in store and shipping is $7, and it's been >36 hours without getting my 20% off returned so I couldn't have combined that with the sale which I did in the first place, which ended 2 days ago. Meh
