I purchased a product from eVitamins.com and had it shipped to Saudi Arabia. However, the package took so long. After contacting their customer service, they thought it was lost in transit due to logistics being affected by the COVID-19 and issued me a full refund with all kind of apologies. I was surprised to receive the package after a while. I informed them and offered to pay again for it but they were kind again by having me have it without a cost to myself because it arrived late! This is how much they care! I loved the store and I will order from it again.
