THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I just have no words for how this company is working. I did a request for the home internet 26 of June and they put the appointment to come at 3rd of AUGUST. All calls to them are 25 minutes waiting on the line and 10 euros for each call since you need to PAY TO CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
They said that there is a problem with my request and they cannot do anything. I waited 5 WEEKS without wifi. Do you think they came on 3rd of August? Of course not! No call, no messages - nothing. I waited the whole day at home to have zero result!
Somehow in the app, it appeared that I could book on Monday at 8:30 a.m. Wow, thanks. I booked.
They called 2 hours later and said that they couldn't come on Monday at 8:30 and could only come at 14:30.
These people just have zero respect to their clients. ABSOLUTELY ZERO.
The guy came today to do a line. You think he brought the router? OF COURSE NOT.
Now in the app, it appears that I need to wait 4 MORE DAYS! TO RECEIVE A ROUTER. Are you even serious?
So I again need to sit at home the whole day and wait for the miracle that the router will come.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER!
They don't care at all about their clients or making them happy.
The worst experience of my life with the internet.
I'm still waiting for this router just because I don't have the time and energy to do it again with another provider.
