Despite possessing extensive experience and expertise, it seems that certain companies, albeit unintentionally, exhibit a preference for candidates who are not of Hispanic descent. This observation may raise concerns about discrimination, as it appears that platforms like LinkedIn consider one's name or Hispanic background as decisive factors in being overlooked or denied the opportunity for an interview or employment. This bias persists even when the individual possesses qualifications that surpass the requirements sought by the hiring company.
