The person with the comment below (Fiona. C) has never done business with us, never bought a product or service from eurekanetsolutions, she is not our customer, therefore her review below is a FALSE and DEFAMATORY.

We however, were her customer, we purchased a script from this company, and as we had a very bad customer experience, we decided to write an honest review on site jabber (See reviews for spiralscripts.co.uk)
This person has then threatened us if we did not remove the review, and as we didn't submit to her threats, she decided to write this review of lies about our business.

We have reported this twice to sitejabber admin but no reply or action whatsoever, a bit disappointing, since such users can seriously affect the credibility of the site and the user's experience.

We were not the only disappointed customers who reviewed spiralscripts, here is another unhappy customer, found on the first page of google search...(see link below)

Great customer service from initial phone conversation to face to face consultation to the delivery of the service. Would recommend to any individual or business looking for a new website or online marketing

I have purchased a script from their other website at (www.spiralscripts.co.uk) and about 1 hour later, I was advised by Google that using the script results in all sorts of errors,. Nearly 100 errors, Google support then provided me with a simpler way to achieve the same results without the need of the messy script from spiralscripts.co.uk.

I then emailed spiral scripts. Co. Uk requesting cancellation, they have never replied to my email. I called them, and the unfriendly lady on the phone said google don't know anything, my reply to her was "Of course they know what they are talking about", she then simply hang up on me. I emailed the company again, they replied with a rude and unprofessional message.

To make things worst, I went to Facebook and wrote a review on their page, they disabled the reviews section!. This is supposed to be a large company combining software development (spiralscripts.co.uk) and "web design" at (www.iswebdesign.co.uk). Those are the methods of someone wanting to hide things, methods of a doggy, unfriendly and unethical business.

Hope this will help future users in deciding where they want to spend their hard earned money. STAY AWAY!

My review of your business following my customer experience, is true and accurate, any of your future customers will surely make their own decision. But I felt the need to share my experience.

I bought software from many many companies world-wide, and never had a similar disappointing experience, your script was £25, who in their right mind would waste all this time which I have wasted just to get a free service worth lunch money, ridiculous! Plus you could also as a developer use a code to signal any usage of your software so you would then know if I was trying to get it for free, instead of you accusing my honesty and integrity.
In my case your script did not work and most of google errors were a result of using your script, despite you denigrating google and saying they don't know what they are talking about, the feed was done using the google technique without any errors whatsoever, …and this is FREE just like google intended this service to be. Sure it may have been a lengthier process hence why your script was purchased as advertised, but it's free and no need to read endless pages of instructions and whatnot.
If anyone was abusive during this whole time, then it is you, when I contacted you on the phone you hang up on me not because I was abusive, but because I defended google when you said they were useless and insisted that they surely know better and that in the end the product feed to google was their creation not yours!

My first review was published on your Facebook page, sadly you have deactivated the review system on your page minutes after I published my review…

When I contacted you and outlined your weird and unexplained business practice, you replied with a simple email containing two words "GROW UP"….

When it comes to protecting your sale, you make yourself and your company sound big, when it comes to problem solving you suddenly are a very small business based in bath…as you say.

You have recently sent me threats and bullying emails of things you intend to do if I didn't delete my review on site jabber…
And I hope this can only be a coincidence and nothing to do with you, but we also had multiple website hacking attempts and calls from a whitheld number that hangs up when the phone is answered. Scary stuff:(

I have yet to publish all the emails we exchanged and show potential customers what to expect from you if things go wrong.
