Getting back into the dating world is difficult enough without having to add additional hurdles. But they suspended my account again, without responding to my countless emails. They claim to respond to emails within a 24 hour period and they do not. I think to claim via slogan to help with hope and such is horrible when you're actually creating hopelessness. And how does one handle charges and costs if no one responds to the support line and support email?
