Key resourcing areas- defined and explained but some prominent authors (ie. Armstrong) is not evident. However you have mainly relied on few sources in your discussion and analysis on Apple and should have used more references of relevant theories/models and empirical studies to analyse Apple's resourcing strategy.

Some evidence of CIPD sources but many paragraphs lack citation. This section contains weak critical analysis

Recommendations: organisation chosen is valid, resourcing problem explained. Recommendations given is valid, meaningful and relevant but should be supported with best practice examples OR Cipd findings OR relevant theory/model

Conclusion: summarized the key arguments of the report well.

Citation and references: report lacks wider number of both theoretical and practitioner sources. You must demonstrate wider reading to enhance the quality of your analysis
