Essay was not up to scratch, I'm pretty sure they use chatGPT to write their essays too. I found SEVERAL instances of the SAME sentence being used throughout the document. When confronting them about it, they maintained that the work was at Masters level and refused to give me a refund. When I had CONCRETE proof that their work is trash. Would not recommend.
Tip for consumers:
I am actually so mad I might take legal action towards them. Their work is undeniably trash - and they had the cheek to say it was at Masters level!
