I had issues for a while with the payment issues because it's pretty vague on the website. I was able to change from bank wire to paypal however it took a while for them to process. It took several emails to finalise my order but in the end it still arrived after a month. I would say shipping is fast if you don't have any order placement issues! Albums came in great quality the only thing they really lack is customer service.
