I placed same order twice! First time, I fount out the order was cancelled by reaching out to the customer service, otherwise, they will just let me wait forever. They said it is payment method issue. I had no problem using my card else where. They made it sound like my issue. Second time, I placed a new order, but it got cancelled again! This time it is because their system issue. At the same time, their website totally shut down for more than a week! This is ridiculous. I have never seen this bad IT for other company. Do they still want to do their business in Canada or not? Very frustrating and disappointed with this Brother CA website and whole IT system. I don't blame their products.
