I purchased a flight ticket for Japan with Travelgenio. Shortly after that, I was emailed that says my booking has been canceled.
I tried to claim about refund but they haven't answered to me yet.
I really can't understand why they could do like this.
Plz don't use this website to buy a flight ticket!
And give me back the money ASAP!
