After I left a review on their site and on here, they contacted me via email to say someone would be contacting me to correct the matter. That was 2 months ago, and I have not heard from anyone. The cartridges the rep told me I could order and use my refund amount, they sent me a bill for the cartridges. So as of today 3/25/2024, I have not received the replacement cartridges nor my refund. Please share with all your family and friends to NEVER, NEVER, EVER use this company.

I have been purchasing toner cartridges from this company for several years and I have loved the service and quick responses. However, I purchased some toner cartridges in 2022 and it has taken me two years to get a refund. I have called and spoke with several people over the span of these 2 years and all of them have promised me my refund and nothing has happened. Today, while I am typing this review, I am on the phone with them and instead of getting a refund, I have asked them to send me two new, not refurbished toner cartridges to equal up to my refund. I was told that my refund is $40 dollars less than I was told a few months ago. This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing. I have referred many people to this company, and now I am notifying everyone I told that they should use another company, because the customer service has gone down, you are either on hold forever or you leave a message and it may be weeks before someone calls you back. I just finished my call, and I was told it was approved to place an order to equal up to my lower refund rate. So, after 2 years, several customer service agents and multiple phone calls to this company, I hope to finally receive replacement cartridges, since I could not get a refund for money that was owed back to me and I'm still being cheated out of $40 dollars. I will never, ever use this company again and if anyone asks me about it I will go in great details to tell them about the horrific customer service and return fiasco.

The products were not the sizes I ordered. There is no way the bralette I ordered is a 38DD and the outfit was not an XL, if so customers should be warned the clothes run very small and you need to order 3 sizes larger.
