Was going to get this and just add money from my bank or debit card as it said I could. They lied. The only way this bank works is through direct deposit. I'm burning my card.

This site will not work for you if you don't direct deposit your paycheck and their card isn't accepted in a lot of places.

I ordered a phone case from them and I received the wrong tracking number afterwards I received a text telling me my address is wrong when I know it's not. Tried contacting customer support and they want you to have a phone number with them or it hangs up on you. Will be contacting the BBB.

I'll never use it again as their employees obviously can't do their jobs right and I suggest you do the same.

Was trying to buy a birthday present and have it delivered but apparently they don't allow different billing and shipping addresses on orders. Go with someone else if your addresses are different.

This is the worst site I have ever had the displeasure of "using". I misplaced my previous year's tax returns and had to get a transcript from the IRS. But no matter what I did it refuses to take any photo I give it so I have been prevented from filing my taxes. Government trash.

Made a 100% original picture and I got told it was owned by someone else. Wish you were able to sue for defamation or something because this really got under my skin. I don't like being lied on and called a thief. Stay away from this site unless you want the same thing to happen to you.
