Avoid this service. When they receive a package, they open it and catalog each item for customs purposes. They made a data entry error on my order and tagged an item as a fresh food, which then created a requirement for my package to have FDA paperwork to ship. I have tried contacting the company via every available method over the course of the last week (emails, their contact form, phone calls) and have been unable to get this issue corrected. At this point it seems like I am unable to ship the package to myself because of their error, and am out the full amount I paid for the order. AVOID!
