I have been following ABBE for a long time and read a lot of comments about ABBE. Recently, everyone was complaining about the logistics problem, so I consulted the customer service on the website. The customer service said that there was no major problem because of the impact of the Christmas season.So I bought it with the attitude of trying. I only spent $1 on a pair of frames for my new client, but I didn't expect that I received my glasses before long. I love it! Cheap and good quality, ABBE's customer service is very patient to answer my questions, the service is also very good! I would recommend ABBEGLASSES to everyone!

Thank you so much for your balanced and fair review. We are so glad that you appreciated our customer service response to your questions. It's something we've worked hard on and we're pleased our efforts resonated with you. We had a great shipping challenge toward last year's Christmas holiday and some of our orders were delayed and we also had to re-assemble and used a different shipping method. Although it was a bad situation, the affected customers had to receive two packages since we were trying not to disappoint our them during the Christmas holidays.
