I tried shoedazzle and just fab because I heard so many good things about them. The shoes I received were okay; however, the issue lies with the fact that they would not let me cancel my subscription. December was rough on me financially and I did not see a need to have this subscription anymore due to the fact that I now have plenty of shoes. Late December, I looked on the website where it says cancel anytime via live chat. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times via the chat. The chat would just sit there and I could not get anybody to help. Eventually after about 10 minutes, it would tap out and tell me to start over. I left it alone and went on to enjoying time with my family thinking that i had until the 5th to get in contact with this company. When I got back home around the 2nd, I tried chatting again, no help. I have now been charged for this service after trying to get it cancelled. I do not want to just skip a month. I tried calling right after I saw I had been charged. After talking to the automated system, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and then was hung up on. This happened twice. I am furious. I have now had to file a fraud report agaisnt the company and cancel my card so that they cannot charge me again. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends.
