I think the experience for online shopping could be better. I prefer shopping physically for style tribute.

I think getting back and replying to emails could’ve been faster. Or at least inform the customer if the delivery is not going to be 7days as stated on the website.

I went there physically to shop with a friend previously.

Love the brand Chloe and I was looking for a cute vintage bag for school/going out. Also the belt design was really cute.
