Pay Backstage a monthly fee and keep paying them a monthly fee. If by chance a job opens in your area then don't waste your time applying for the job, because when they try to contact you. Simply navigate to https://www.backstage.com/casting/, fill out the search filters to find only the jobs you're looking for, and hit search. If you see results that you like, you can subscribe and apply.
