SCAM - Dont give them business. Website has no indication the company, or customer paid returns would need to be sent to China. Offering 10% to not return the products I dont want, only exploits the consumer. You can get better products and a legit return policy somewhere else.
The respond easily via email- will tell you want you want to hear- but you don't ever get your money back.
Maybe send me a pic, lol - I received one I didn't order but the shipping to return and the window of time closed for me. Ugh. I feel like we could start a Beachsissi counseling group.
I ordered on June 15. I received only 2 of 6 items on july 15th!. I had repeatedly emailed them. I did not get a tracking number for two weeks. I ordered expedited shipping 3-5 days and paid more for shipping. I am not in a formal dispute with this company. I would cancel before they ship you will be stuck with a very poorly made, very poorly sized product.
