Help cancel any further shipment of because underwear because i do not wish to be on automatic delivery, it is not needed. i will order as needed only

Answer:

I don't know. They just send new items if you cancel another. It is crazy. I have never had this happen before.

I paid you $2.49 for a trial pack of 3. i did not authorize you to send me more of your product. order placed 4/20. do not bill me for anymore. thank

When you signed up for the freebies, you automatically authorized them to ship the first one. You had to cancel the second BEFORE it was shipped. It was up to YOU to cancel - they didn't cancel for you. They ARE in business.
