When you signed up for the freebies, you automatically authorized them to ship the first one. You had to cancel the second BEFORE it was shipped. It was up to YOU to cancel - they didn't cancel for you. They ARE in business.

I am trying to cancel also. Did not authorize any shipments or orders other than sample. Evidently this is the way the company operates.
