I want to order a dress for my daughter but I want to make sure it's perfect for her senior prom. Can u guarantee that it will be exactly what I see in the picture?

I would worry about even getting it. What I ordered was awful.

I would like to know why you do not respond to emails, even acknowledging them would be a start. Learn some customer service skills it will do wonders for your business and maybe reduce the number of terrible reviews you are getting
