Can you share a success story using Bed Bath & Beyond?

How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it

Order on Amazon. Saves you time, money and nerves! They're a failed business with incompetent customer service and non- working delivery process.
