I am having serious problems with this company after being a member since 2009. i can't get my game manager reinstalled and therefore cannot play any of my approximately $1000 worth of games. i've tried getting a working response from tech support. they did give a response, but it didn't work and since then, nothing. i have tried everything they recommended on their support page. what do i do short of uninstalling everything bfg related from my computer? Answer:

You might be able to still play the game you paid for if you click on My Computer, and then go to the install directory of your game For example, if you installed to C:\Program Files\Bigfish\'GAMENAME', then open that folder. The launcher for the game is hidden in this window, so in the window, press ALT, then Tools>folder options>view hidden files. The launcher for the game is an exe file of the same name

No, I own 5 Big Fish games on my laptop and they all work when I'm on vacation, where there is no internet available.

No idea I have a Mac, try downloading a free game. You will be able to delete it if it doesn't work, just make sure you read the fine print so as not to subscribe to a package deal.
