I am having serious problems with this company after being a member since 2009. I can't get my game manager reinstalled and therefore cannot play any of my approximately $1000 worth of games. I've tried getting a working response from tech support. They did give a response, but it didn't work and since then, nothing. I have tried everything they recommended on their support page. What do I do short of uninstalling everything BFG related from my computer?

You might be able to still play the game you paid for if you click on My Computer, and then go to the install directory of your game

For example, if you installed to C:\Program Files\Bigfish\'GAMENAME', then open that folder. The launcher for the game is hidden in this window, so in the window, press ALT, then Tools>folder options>view hidden files. The launcher for the game is an exe file of the same name

You're better off not using them at all! Stay away. They're fraudulent company, taking money out of people's account every month without consent and failing to respond to requests to stop. Please see above reviews, and save yourself!
