Yes, Barbara, we do have in-house crews that can assist with any one of the multiple phases of your steel home kit assembly. Your project coordinator will walk you through the process and be there to advise you to completion.

Depending on where you are located in the country we can offer a range of assistance packages if you need help. In some areas, we are limited by local or state restrictions but our project coordinators will help with these determinations. Most customers find our system simple to do themselves with limited assistance from our crews. They find that one of our assistance packages tailored to their situation and location along with help from family, friends, neighbors, and local handymen is more than enough to complete the home they need and want. We are amazed, humbled, and yes sometimes overwhelmed by the magnitude of the response to our homes and the value to dollar ratio they provide. We could charge more and provide needless "bells and whistles" but we feel the savings are worth the extra effort. Thank everyone for calling and emailing us. My wife and i love the tulsa home plan but, see some minor changes we would like done. one change is reversing the plan and add a semi-open rv covers
