How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Cap Thatt?

It is exceedingly difficult. While there is a number to call, the number has not been in service from January 2020 to April 2020. The only way to communicate with anyone is via e-mail. The e-mail correspondence is quite spotty. I've noticed that it is typically quick when telling you "thanks, we're looking into this" and slow on the followup
