Hi Maite,

We should be able to unlock your phone. The MetroPCS Samsung Galaxy Core Prime's are known to have an Unlock App. So on your device go to your apps section and then look for a folder named "MetroPCS" and then launch "Device Unlock" and press "Permanent Unlock". If it says "Unlocked Failed: This mobile device is not eligible for unlock..." then you could place the order with us using our MetroPCS Unlock App.
