How do you (the admin/moderator/etc.) recognize that someone is cheating, or is it just a hunch with no proof?
Too many players between 600 - 900 leaving games to abort, timeout, or using vacation to avoid playing. Has jumped manyfold in the last month.
How long does a reply back about refunds, billing and such take? I sent a reply about wanting a refund and it has been over a week.
I get emails from ?chess.com (that is a question mark in front of chess.com). Are they actually from chess.com or are they fake?

Is this a good way to learn the game of chess for a novice? I recently retired and now have the time to learn the game.
How do you downgrade or close your account? The former doesn't work and for the latter only "no" is responsive in answer to the confirmation question about whether I'm sure I won't to close it! Very unimpressed. Also concerned I'll be charged another for another month's subscription which I don't want.
