Has the company improved their customer service and delivery practices? 1/20/17

Hi Janice, I believe we spoke on Facebook as well. We are not experiencing any shipping issues. We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues. Hi,. i have emailed you three times about the fiber optic tree i bought from you guys and you won't email me back or anything. i bought a 6' ft fiber optic tree from you and the base was busted and all the wires were falling apart. i'm just asking for you guys to send me a new one please so i can replace it..
