How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Citibank?

Nearly impossible. Even if you get a hold of somebody, it won't be somebody who can help you, and they'll forward you with a 50% chance of getting cut off. Then they won't be able to help either, so they'll forward you again with another 50% of dropping the call. They'll keep doing this for hours until you give up and you'll have explained your problem a dozen times and never get any real help.
