You can email the review team, and they respond relatively quickly, but they are not helpful.

They will only talk to you if they choose to. I couldn't get a hold of anyone from this company of my life depended on it.

Incredibly easy. You can schedule a phone call with them or message them directly through the application. They always reply promptly.

Very easy! Communication specialist respond within the hour, sometimes even in only minutes.

Easy. Go to the support page, send a message or ask for a link and you can quickly schedule a call without even having to send a message. Super responsive. They also give you numbers to call and early on, the person who gave me the run-down, I was able to reach on text. There's a lot of unknowns at first, it's worth it to get a lot of coaching early on and throughout the process.
