It may be possible. I can't say that for sure, but I do suspect foul play somewhere because it happened to me. I mean, my bank account was $18/mo since August 2021 and now $21.60 this year for something I swear that I never signed up for, and they insist that I did. When I called them to inquire about it, the rep (a woman named Paula), she rudely and quickly insisted the charges were legit because according to THEM, I had signed up for a 3-month membership--which is completely not untrue. She spoke fast, hardly let me talk, and hung up on me while I was still talking. That further may prove that perhaps there's foul play on their part. But, I cannot prove it. However, I strongly believe there's got to be some mistake (on their part) or some kind of fraud somewhere. If I were you, I wouldn't deal with these rude reps. Maybe go straight to the manager/supervisor. If that doesn't work, and you really think there's fraud, I would take it with and dispute it with your bank. I hope that helps
