I would like to know how to get through to customer service as i cannot get through to them, everytime i click customer service nothing happens

Answer:

Send an email. They will respond but with nothing useful. If you haven't received the item I suggest you cancel. This is not a company worth doing business with.

Is your stuff really that bad i know i've ordered a phone off 25 still not shipped and i paid express shipping you guys sure did take my money fast enough though

However, due to customs inspection and clearances it may take up to an additional 7 business days to reach the destination. I ordered a product and made full payment but did not receive an order confirmation - are you planning to scam me and steal my hard earned money? why does your "customer service" not respond to any emails? on your website you make the following promises: we promise to: -only offer the best consumer goods and ensure the highest quality possible. -deliver goods to our customers all over the world with speed and precision. -provide 24 hour customer support on weekdays. is this all just bs to scam money from consumers?

I bought phone a week ago its just stopped working and i cannot get through to customer service everytime i click it nowt happens

Answer:

Claim off Pay pal - but you will have to send the phone back, at your cost - keep a copy of dispatch and tracking numbers - check Pay Pal dispute conditions 1st then follow to the letter - then again Pay Pal 'ruled' against me in a dispute and yet the seller paid up (non delivery) - so I don't trust Pay Pal and deleted my account
