Hi, on may 24th i placed an order and i still have not received the cube. my receipt no is 1875-9923-4884-2111, invoice id 41995, cost $47.35 usd. when can i expect to receive my order. this is a gift for my grandson's birthday which is fast approaching. thank you. m. st-denis

Answer:

M. St-Denis, it is too late now but in the future dispute the charge with your credit card company. Don't wait until somebody responds because typically the time to file a claim is limited (30 days or so depending on the credit card company)
