I ordered UGG boots for my daughter on December 5,2009 and still haven't received them. I received one e-mail about a week before Christmas and she told me that she's a handicapped woman that orders the boots from Austrailia. Once she received them in she would express ship them. Since then, she hasn't responded to any e-mails or voice mails. I used a credit card too.
Does anyone have a solution or a happy ending to this website. Has anyone recieved their boots? How can we get our money back. I used my debit card. Am I screwed?
