What a disappointment! I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift allowing plenty of time for the 14-18 day delivery that was promised. I called several times to see if I could get a tracking number for delivery. Not only did nobody answer or call me back, but the phone number is someone's cell phone. The email address posted on the site was not working either. All emails have been unable to deliver. If they were just delayed, it would have been simple for the company to inform me with an email. I have learned not to trust any website that isn't well-known and reputable. I was excited about the price, but I'm gravely disappointed and irritated that my daughter didn't get her gift plus I am out $124. Bummer.

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my 15 year old daughter 2 weeks before Christmas. The day after I placed my order the money was pulled from my checking account and from that day on I could not get any info on my order, no return calls and still no boots. I think this site is a scam and I lost $140.00 and my daughter has no Christmas present! Very upset :(

STAY AWAY. Big rip off and if I can find this person I plan to give them a real "talking" to. Have found an address listed on the website and plan to head there in a few weeks when in CA. Yahoo should be embarressed to have sponsored this site and should pull it immediatly.
