Hi looking for a online retailer that can custome make wedding dresses which has good reviews and is reliable either in the UK or the US. Please help

Also, I hear bad reviews on the return policy... how can I be sure to get my money back and return the dress if the company is so hard to contact?

Trying to get a return and refund for a dress purchased that is not measuring the size ordered. 4ins material short at the back. 4ins too long. Cannot have it altered as no time, or enough material to do so. I should not have to have it altered I have done all the photos as requested. Still await resolution!
Hi, I have been waiting for my order to arrive and am now getting nervous. It's suppose to be here by tomorrow but no one can tell me where my item us and have said no on is on duty until 12 hours from now which means there is someone on duty at 3am? I have tried to call on the number on their website but it says the number isn't recognised. Can anyone help? I'm getting really worried about this order that I've spent a lot of money on!
I would like to order this dress Model: 10213824, but I've seen the picture circling around the internet so i'm not sure it will turn out as the picture, is it possible for you to take a picture of the dress in your warehouse so i'm sure it will turn out the same s the picture?
