We ordered a custom size and paid extra. The dress was AWFUL. Had fabric sewn into the seams, beading falling off, a hem that looked like a three year old cut it with safety scissors, and threads dangling everywhere. And it's not even a screaming deal--we could have bought a dress locally for about the same price. But the real problem isn't the dress--it's the dishonest people who run this place. They are conmen and criminals. Don't order ANYTHING from these crooks.

I ordered from the "rack." Dress was a disaster. Do not order from this company.

Do not ordered from this company... I give them custom sizes and NONE OF THE DRESSES FIT... this company is the WORST... When I asked for a refund... they asked me to take the measurement again and to send them in... I known that they were going to say that it was the the size that I order so I didn't bother to return the dresses... the dresses arrived 2 sizes too small for all my bridemaides... Don't give this company NO BUSINESS they are not worth your hard earn money.

I ordered my dress in a custom size and what I received was NOTHING like what I ordered! DO NOT order anything, custom or stock, from this company as you will only be throwing your money away! PayPal will be of no help either because their items are considered custom items and the PayPal policy is to not refund if it is a custom item. BUYER BEWARE!

I gave them everything. Height of wife, length from top of knee to waist, waist size, shoulder length, including a body diagram with the measurements on it. Even then, I made the measurements slightly longer, assuming a margin of error, and it still wasn't cut right. Where the zipper was supposed to close on the side she should have had extra, instead the zipper would only go up half way. When I measured the chest area on the dress is was short by 4 inches. Just don't use them. Depending on what you need, go local, or buy a dress in the store and have it altered. Might cost about the same or less.

I ordered wraps for my bridesmaids to cover their shoulders in church... honestly i would never advise anyone to order anything from them. But if you must order from them... use paypal to pay for the purchase, that way of something is wrong you have a way to protect yourself.

They took some custom measurements like height but other than that i just gave them a size! I cannot urge you enough to RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a total SCAM!

I had custom measurements for my daughter's dress and it came and was way too tight for comfort. I agree with the above reviewers, I would not order anything from dresssale. The do not have an inventory of dresses, but rather make everything per order. As a result, the return policy is horrible, even if you try to cancell withing the first 24 hours. STAY AWAY FROM DRESSALE! (they look like a US company but are actually in Asia. Therefore any attempt of contacting the company once the order is places is extremely difficult. They do a great job of answering the chats for prospective customers, but their customer service is AWFUL once they have your money. In addition, the quality of the dress material and the quality of the sewing is mediocre, at best.

Mine was a direct size... nothing custom about the sizing what so ever. Not only was the dress an absolute rag... Asian sizing must be different because my usual always fits size... was way too small! So even if I wanted to wear that rag... I couldn't. Fair warning... shop elsewhere!

I don't recommend ordering anything from this company. I am still in the process of trying to return my purchase and get a refund. I have requested help from PayPal and am waiting to hear. I sent photos of the item as DressSale asked and now they want several measurements of the item. I don't know why. I'm glad my purchase isn't a high-price item. If nothing else, I've learned my lesson.

The size of the dress was ok, it was the quality. Please, please, please save yourself the disappointment and DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. The Better Business Bureau rated them F! Once you order dress, someone calls to confirm sizes, but the quality was so bad. Their response was "it's not so bad" and "take it to have it fixed". But they DO NOT pay for alterations. The TWO (2) people I brought the so called dressed to BOTH said it was horrible and could cost me more to have it fixed than what the dress was worth and they couldn't guarantee they could make it better. It was so bad with uneven seams and hems and holes... The web site saids they guarantee satisfaction, but them they told me I couldn't return because it was international. Find another company! I can't stress that enough

I didn't find out until the last minute that they make the dresses. I ordered two. I didn't want them but they sent them anyway. One was flimsy and too short and the other one was big and heavy and nothing like the picture... only the color.

I would not advise anyone to order from this website because if what you ordered is not the way you want... you will not be getting a refund. I am still fighting them now and they want me to take the dresses back that I sent back in December that I didn't need and didn't want.
They told me they were going to refund me some of the money and then said that my cc company would not allow them to do this.

So now they wanna offer me a credit to the account I have with them to purchase something else., I had such a bad experience that I relive everyday from them... that I NEVER want anything from them but my refund!

There is nothing I want from China! What if I got something else and it didn't work? Do they make their shoes too? No Thank You!

You can try if you like... but I would not advise you to!
