I'm interested in selling my college marketing textbook back to ecampus because you are offering a competitive price. i haven't found many reviews of a buyback experience, but the reviews of your sales & rental program are really poor. what can you tell me to convince me that you honor your buyback quotes and payout quickly? the text is like new. it was an online course so it never left my dorm room.

Answer:

Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.

Textbook has some underlining in it from notes, is this a problrem?

Answer:

You can write or highlight in book as long as it less than 1/3 of the page/book.

Does the e book 9780393533163 come with an access code?

Unfortunately, the ebook version of this bundle does not include the access code. Access codes are one-time use only, and are only provided with New versions.
