I have registered on your site but I am unable to log in and view my orders.

I placed an order on the 1/12/15 and my card was debited $128.65 by store ID 61390149494 I did not relies this was Elan Linen. I have not received any confirmation emails regarding my order nor have I received my order.

I thought my order had not gone through so I have now placed another order this morning 8/12/15 for the amount of $132.94. After contacting my bank I was advised that my original order had been debited from my account on the 1/12/15 by your store.

I need to cancel the 8/12/15 order for the amount of $132.94 immediately. Please advise when you will be sending my item ordered on the 1/12/15.

I would also like to know why I can not log into your site and view my orders and cancel them. Please contact me immediately. If i do not have any contact from you within the next 24 hours I will arrange an investigation via my bank and contact department Of Fair trading for non delivery of goods.
